Get Involved with No-Shave November This Year!
Itch. Scratch. It’s that time of year again! That’s right, No-Shave November is back! Are you partaking this year? We hope so. No-Shave November is a month-long journey during which participants forgo shaving and grooming in order to evoke conversation and raise awareness about cancer.
Since many cancer patients lose their hair through treatment, No-Shave November puts the spotlight on embracing our own hair. People are encouraged to get involved in this month and then donate the money they would typically spend on shaving and grooming to a cancer charity.
No-Shave November began as a fun tradition but transitioned into a charity-focused project in 2009 when the Hill family wanted a way to honor their father, who passed away from cancer in November 2017.
